This was one of the most emotional roller coasters I've ever been on... Selling my mother's home. My mom loved that house and I loved it because she loved it but when she passed, there was no way we could keep this beautiful home. Kiana, plus the Baird & Warner associates, made this as easy for me as they could. Kiana kept me well informed, held my hand the whole way, and referred me to great contractor & lawyer to help me through. Sometimes it's hard to see the light when your in your emotions - her honesty and empathy helped me through more than she'll ever realize. Thank you Baird & Warner and whole heartedly Kiana for sell of my mother's home.

Kiana did a great job with this sale. She guided me on what I needed to do to get my house sold. She communicated with me about what was happening every step of the way. The great thing about it all was that Kiana was with me when I bought my house and she was my agent when I sold my house which is a clear sign that she knows what she's doing and I trust her expertise.
