Mary understood our check list of requirements in our current area and was familiar with the different neighborhoods we looked at. As we continued with our search, Mary shared important information regarding various aspects of the homes' structure, interior and exterior building materials and condition and age of various aspects of the homes we were interested in. Mary advised us, successfully, on making an offer, and negotiated, again successfully, remediation of a situation that came up on the eve of closing. Mary provided expert advice throughout the process that was unfamiliar to us.

Mary Kaley was a superb broker. Her advise as to what needed repairs and/or upgrading, and what decorating would best appeal to the market was right on target. She clearly explained the process, and made sure it ran smoothly. Some days it seemed as if potential viewers came to see our property every half hour. When the opportunity came to increase the purchase price $6,000 over the asking price, she insured that was the final contract price, even though another buyer was involved. Her energy was and positive attitude were priceless. I have since, and will continue to recommend her highly.
