I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Kiana. She was amazing!! I was referred to her by my friend who worked with her on finding her first home. My husband and I are expecting our third child so I was very hesitant about purchasing. But Kiana made the experience very easy. She found us our "turn key" ready home that we were looking for. My experience with Baird & Warner agent Mary Kaley was excellent from start through finish, and a reason why I have come back on several occasions in the past several years. The connections that provided us, to prepare our house for sale, was very valuable, and then she was able to stay connected with them as well, so that as soon as their work was completed, she was able to stage the house, and get it on the market in days at the right price. We had a great listing as a result, and tons of traffic, that landed us multiple offers within a week. Mary is a hard and smart worker, with a personal touch, caring very much about her craft, and clients.

Kiana helped us find our first home so we couldn't think of anybody better to share this journey of actually purchasing a home with. Let's start by saying that my fiance and I are very particular and wanted a home that would wow us both. We also didn't want to sacrifice much at all. We shared our vision with Kiana and she definitely delivered without us having to sacrafice one thing on our "must have" list. This was definitely a journey and she was there by our side even when we wanted to stop the search she said "no I'm going to find you a home". We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Kiana was just incredible with us through the entire process. We looked at a handful of homes and she was very responsive in accommodating our needs and getting us into homes as we came across them online. She was very knowledgable of the area we moved into and was so patient with us when it came to getting everything together to finalize the process. Even after we completed the sale she was still available to answer a few lingering questions we had in terms of utilities and various other village requirements for us.She was engaged and understood our needs while hunting for the right property and she would pull together the best options for us. We are extremely happy with our new home and felt that were working with the right person the whole time.
