My fiancé and I couldn't have asked to be introduced to a better realtor! During our entire search, even when we couldn't agree on a home, Kianna remained positive and assured us that she would assist us in finding the perfect home that suited us both. I must say she did just that, she got a just of desires and found a beautiful home! Kianna always maintained professionalism, is very reliable and prompt. She has great communication skills. Her goal was to meet our expectations and she definitely achieved that goal! We've worked with other realtors during the process and she was hands down the best!

We thought we could do it ourselves, but after two and a half months of looking at 20+ properties a week and being disappointed time after time, we knew we need a strong agent. We found her and it was an immediate connection between us. After meeting with her the first time we, my husband and I, knew we needed her. We signed a contract the next day, and found a house five days later. The home was above our expectations but it certainly statisfied our dreams. We are extremely happy customers.

My experience with Kiana was great. Searching for a home can be very frustrating but Kiana listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I wanted to be in my new home before the first of the year but ended up moving before Christmas! I was very satisfied with Kiana's work ethic as well as her personable personality. I highly recommend her and will definitely contact her if I decide to look for a bigger home in the future.

This woman is AWESOME! And that still is an understatement. My experience with Kiana thus far has been beyond satisfactory. Searching for my first home by myself was a little fearful for me because I honestly had no clue what I was getting myself into. I was recommended to someone before Kiana and this person was very delayed with getting back to me with information on properties I was interested in. After one phone conversation with Kiana I was receiving e-mails matc250hing my search criteria the same day and we viewed my top 5 a week later. She comes prepared with information about the property, manages her time well, gives honest opinion and judgment based upon your personal preferences, and seeks to find her clients their perfect home. Kiana is personable but very professional with her work and clients which what makes her so great at what she does. She doesn't make you feel rushed upon your search. I started out wanting to buy a home and then changed my mind a few weeks after we viewed a few properties and I felt bad about it but she had no issues with it what so ever. She's really in it for you! I recommend her 100% and brag about her to everyone whose interested in finding a place to live!

As a first time home buyer, not to mention the fact that the home I was purchasing was in foreclosure, Kiana did a tremendous job helping me through the process. I really enjoyed working with her, and her persistence and communication were top notch. She expertly facilitated all the negotiations and kept me abreast of everything I would need to do ahead of schedule. I was able to meet a tight close deadline and feel confident I was going into the closing fully prepared. Thanks to Kiana, I am settling into a new home and feel great about the location and price I paid. I would highly recommend Kiana and Baird and Warner for all your real estate needs.
